I’ve had this 2016 Ford Transit Custom for a few years now – it’s been my workhorse for everything from deliveries to moving things around. Single owner from the start, and it’s been treated like a proper vehicle, not just a tool. The 2.0 TDCi engine gives it good grunt without being too thirsty, and it’s Euro 6 compliant, so no issues with ULEZ.

It’s the 270 Limited trim, which means it’s got a bit more comfort and convenience than base models – leather gear knob, heated seats, power windows, cruise control, and all the little bits that make driving easier. I’ve used it for a few different jobs, and it’s held up well. There’s a full load floor, good storage space, and the rear trim board is half-height so it’s not too bulky.

I’ve got a 3-month mechanical warranty on it, and it’s been HPI-checked. The service history isn’t complete, but it’s been properly looked after. It’s got all the safety stuff too – ABS, EBD, ESC, hill start assist, and even a DAB radio with SYNC/Applink. The interior is charcoal cloth, and the alloy wheels are 6.5x16in – not flashy, but solid.

I’ve kept it in good shape, and it’s got a second key fob, power mirrors, parking sensors, and even a voice control system. The van’s been used for business, so it’s got a bit of wear, but nothing that affects how it drives.
