Description
Got this old Jag sitting in treharris, Merthyr Tydfil County Borough, and I'm finally ready to part with it. It's a 2005 X-Type Estate, 2.0 litre diesel, five-door, manual — the kind of car you’d drive on a long country road with the windows down and the radio blasting.It’s been well looked after, so the engine and gearbox are still solid, clutch’s basically like new. A/C, electric windows, mirrors, central locking — all working. The seats are half leather, nice and comfy, with electric adjustment. Alloys are a bit worn but still look solid. Tyres are in good shape, and I’ve kept the receipts for everything I’ve spent on it over the years — just in case.
Last service was done back in 2026, so it’s been reliable through a lot of miles. I’ve actually got a bit of a soft spot for it — it’s been my daily driver for years, and I’ve driven it through a few seasons of rain and snow.
