So, I’m parting ways with my 2016 Suzuki Baleno – white – after using it for years as my daily driver. It’s been through a lot, but it’s still in great shape and runs smoothly. I’ve got 66,400 miles on it, and it’s been properly maintained over the years.

The 1.0 Boosterjet engine is quiet and efficient, and I’ve had the clutch replaced recently by Suzuki – it’s brand new, so no worries there. I’ve kept it well looked after: full service history, clean interior, no pets or smoking, and the car’s been HPI-checked – no accidents, no finance, just a clean record.

It’s got all the basics: Bluetooth, DAB radio, Apple Car Play and Android Auto, air con, and ISOFIS. The boot’s decently sized, and the cabin is tidy and easy to keep clean. I’ve had it through MOT until January 2026, so it’s not due for anything soon.

It’s not flashy, but it’s reliable, low running costs, and easy to drive – perfect for new drivers or anyone who just wants a solid, sensible car that doesn’t take a lot of money to keep going.

I’m based in Appleby-in-Westmorland, Westmorland and Furness, and it’s been a long time coming – I’ve finally got a new one in the works, so I’m happy to let this one go. It’s a good car, and it’s been a real workhorse.
