This Volvo V50 Estate is one of those cars that feels like it’s been through a family story — I’ve had it since new, passed from mum to daughter to my brother and then to me. It’s been properly looked after all along, regular service, no big issues, and it still runs smooth. I’ve actually only just recently retired, and my partner did too — so we’re down to one car now and don’t need the second one anymore.It’s in great shape, MOT until January 2026, road tax is £3 a month, and it gets around 70 mpg.
