Got this 2009 Volvo V50 Estate from a local dealer back in the day — only ever had one owner, and it’s been well looked after. 2.0D engine, 179k miles, full service history, and I’ve just had the oil and filter changed plus a MOT — all good. The clutch and gearbox are solid, no issues at all. Bodywork has a few small scratches, but nothing major. Interior’s all leather, clean and comfy. Rear parking sensors, full electric windows and mirrors, central locking — everything works. The tyres are like new all around. It runs and drives really smoothly, and the boot’s big enough to fit a couple of kids’ bikes or a big bag. Can drop the rear seats down for more space if needed. I’ve had it for a few years now and it’s been reliable, so I’m just passing it on. If you're looking for something practical with a bit of character, this could be it.
